# Classy

**Classy** is a fundraising platform designed for non-profits to manage and optimize their fundraising campaigns. It offers tools for online donations, event management, and peer-to-peer fundraising, helping organizations increase their impact and reach their fundraising goals.

## Authorize Connection to Classy

### In Classy
To authorize your Classy account, you will need your **client ID**, **client secret**, and **organization ID**.
1. In your Classy account, navigate to the **Apps & Extensions** page.
2. Select **Classy API** to create a new application.
3. Name the application (e.g. Dataddo) and enter Dataddo's app URL for the Oauth2 Redirect URI: `app.dataddo.com`
4. Click on **Create App** to obtain your API credentials. Copy the **Client ID** and **Client Secret** values.
 
### In Dataddo

1. On the **Authorizers** page, click on [Authorize New Service](https://app.dataddo.com/service/new){target="_blank"} and select Classy.
2. Fill in the following fields:
    1. **Client ID**: Your Classy client ID.
    2. **Client Secret**: Secret to your client ID.
    3. **Org ID**: Your organization's ID. You can find it in your Classy URL (e.g. `12345` from `https://classy.com/admin/12345/apps`).
3. Rename your ***{{glossary.authorizer}}*** for easier identification and click on **Save**.
