# CloudTalk

**CloudTalk** is a cloud-based call center software designed for modern businesses, offering advanced call center management features, virtual phone systems, and CRM integrations. It facilitates efficient customer service and sales call handling, with tools for call queuing, recording, analytics, and an intuitive interface for managing all communication.

## Authorize Connection to CloudTalk

### In CloudTalk
To authorize your CloudTalk account, you will need an **API key** (= {{glossary.API token}}).
1. Log in to your CloudTalk account and navigate to the **Cloudtalk Dashboard Account** page.
2. Go to **Settings**.
3. Under **API Keys**, click on **Add API Key**.
4. Copy the generated API key.

### In Dataddo
1. On the **Authorizers** page, click on [Authorize New Service](https://app.dataddo.com/service/new){target="_blank"} and select CloudTalk.
2. Fill in the following fields:
    1. **API Access Key ID**: CloudTalk API key.
    2. **API Access Key Secret**: CloudTalk key secret.
3. Rename your ***{{glossary.authorizer}}*** for easier identification and click on **Save**.
