# Monday

**Monday.com** (Monday) is a cloud-based Work Operating System (Work OS) designed to help teams plan, track, and manage projects and workflows through customizable boards and automation. It offers pricing plans based on features, users, and storage, catering to teams of different sizes and needs.

## Authorize Connection to Monday.com

### In Monday.com
To authorize your Monday account, you will need an {{glossary.API token}}.
1. In your Monday account, click on your profile in the top-right corner.
2. Under the **Account** section, select **Developers**. 
3. Continue to **My access tokens** and click **Show** next to your token to copy the value.
 
### In Dataddo
1. On the **Authorizers** page, click on [Authorize New Service](https://app.dataddo.com/service/new){target="_blank"} and select Monday.
2. Provide your Monday **API Key/Token**.
3. Rename your ***{{glossary.authorizer}}*** for easier identification and click on **Save**.
