# Pipedrive

**Pipedrive** is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for sales teams. It provides tools for managing leads, tracking deals, and optimizing the sales pipeline, helping sales professionals streamline their processes and improve their overall efficiency.

## A) Authorize Connection to Pipedrive

### In Pipedrive
To authorize your Pipedrive account, you will need an **{{glossary.API token}}** and your **company domain**.
1. In your Pipedrive account, click on your account profile and select **Company settings**.
2. Continue to **Personal preferences** and switch to the **API** tab.
3. Copy the **API Token**.
 
### In Dataddo
1. On the **Authorizers** page, click on [Authorize New Service](https://app.dataddo.com/service/new){target="_blank"} and select Pipedrive.
2. Fill in the following fields:
    1. **API Token**: Your Pipedrive API key.
    2. **Company domain**: Full URL from the Pipedrive app, e.g. `https://dataddo.pipedrive.com`.
3. Rename your ***{{glossary.authorizer}}*** for easier identification and click on **Save**.

### No API Token Available
To obtain your API token, make sure you first enabled your Pipedrive API. See [Pipedrive's official documentation](https://pipedrive.readme.io/docs/enabling-api-for-company-users){target=`_blank`} for more information.
