# Playvox

**Playvox** is a workforce optimization platform designed for customer service and support teams. It offers tools for quality assurance, performance management, and training, helping organizations enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their customer support operations.

## Authorize Connection to Playvox

### In Playvox
To authorize your Playvox account, you will need your **domain name**, **user ID**, and an **API key** (= {{glossary.API token}}).
1. In your Playvox account, in the **Settings** menu, select **API Keys**.
2. Create a new API key and a window with API Key's details will pop up.
3. Copy your **User ID** and **API Key**.
 
### In Dataddo
1. On the **Authorizers** page, click on [Authorize New Service](https://app.dataddo.com/service/new){target="_blank"} and select Playvox.
2. Fill in the following fields:
    1.  **Domain**: Your Playvox domain name (used to log in to Playvox, e.g. `domainname` from `https://domainname.playvox.com`).
    2.  **User ID**: Your Playvox user ID.
    3.  **API Token**: Playvox API key.
3. Rename your ***{{glossary.authorizer}}*** for easier identification and click on **Save**.
