  • Free - for up to 3 data flows and 10 sources
  • Data to Dashboards - plans for 10, 25, 50 data flows
  • Data Anywhere - plans for 3, 15, 30 data flows

What is a data flow?

A data flow is the connection between one or more data sources and a destination.

For example, if you send data from Instagram Ads (source) to Zoho Analytics (destination), this will count as one flow.

What is a source?

A source is a collection of data from a given service or system.

In some cases, you might need to create multiple sources to collect all the data you want from a single service.

Example

Facebook has multiple APIs for paid and organic data. In this case, if you need insights both paid ads and organic posts, you would need to create multiple sources in Dataddo.

Whether or not these sources can be connected to a destination using the same flow will depend on the schema of each source. For more details, see Data Union

How easy is it to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime in just a few click in Dataddo.

Example: Your billing period is on the 1st of every month and you upgrade your plan on January 15. You will immediately gain access to all features connected to your upgrade. Billing for January will stay the same, increase will be reflected in the billing for February.Example: Your billing period is on the 1st of every month and you downgrade your plan on January 15. You will immediately lose access to all features and flows not connected to your new plan. Billing for January will stay the same, decrease will be reflected in the billing for February.Example: Your billing period begins on the 1st of every month and on January 15th you decide to cancel your plan. You will be able to use Dataddo according to your cancelled plan until the end of January and your January billing will stay the same. Starting February 1st, you will no longer be billed.
