Limitations

Number of Rows

The Taboola API allows by default the extraction of up to 500,000 rows per call. Increase the limit manually by editing the URL in the Source Advanced Settings (go to Sources - Cling on the three dots next to the source - Edit - Advanced Settings-URL). The very last number of the URL defines the limit.

Data Delay

Due to performance limitations, Taboola data may experience delays of up to 3 hours.

Historical Data Limitation

The Taboola API allows you to extract data up to 3 years per call. If you have older data, load it in multiple batches.

Troubleshooting

Data Preview Unavailable

No data preview when you click on Test Data might be caused by an issue with your source configuration. The most common causes are:

  • Date range: Try a smaller date range. You can load the rest of your data afterward via manual data load.
  • Insufficient permissions: Please make sure your authorized account has at least admin-level permissions.
