Example: Your billing period is on the 1st of every month and you upgrade your plan on January 15. You will immediately gain access to all features connected to your upgrade. Billing for January will stay the same, increase will be reflected in the billing for February. | Example: Your billing period is on the 1st of every month and you downgrade your plan on January 15. You will immediately lose access to all features and flows not connected to your new plan. Billing for January will stay the same, decrease will be reflected in the billing for February. | Example: Your billing period begins on the 1st of every month and on January 15th you decide to cancel your plan. You will be able to use Dataddo according to your cancelled plan until the end of January and your January billing will stay the same. Starting February 1st, you will no longer be billed. |
How To Upgrade or Downgrade My Plan
- Click on the arrow next to your name and select Subscription.
- Select one of our plans. The change will take effect immediately.
How To Switch to Free Plan
- In the top right corner, click on the arrow next to your name and select Subscription.
- Click on Select Plan and choose the Free plan.
How To Unsubscribe
- Sign in to your Dataddo account. In the top right corner, click on the arrow next to your name and select Subscription.
- Click on Cancel Subscription.
After unsubscribing, you will be billed the full monthly price according to your billing period.
Example
Your current billing period is October 2nd - November 2nd. If you request account cancellation on October 29th, you will received your last billing on November 2nd. The billed amount will be based on your current usage.

How To Cancel or Deactivate Account
If you want to deactivate or delete your account and completely erase your settings and data, please send us an email at support@dataddo.com.
How To Deactivate the Trial
The trial will deactivate automatically after 14 days if you don't subscribe to any plan.
