  • TikTok: We now support multi-account extraction from TikTok accounts.
  • UKG: The authorizer has been updated to oAuth 2.0.

New Features

Full Data Re-sync Messages

Full data re-synchronization now features enhanced error messages and an AI assistant for better troubleshooting, making it easier to diagnose and resolve issues. The updated table instantly shows the success or failure of a re-sync, providing immediate feedback on the operation's status.

Connector Overhaul: Google Ads

The Google Ads connector has been significantly improved to offer a better customer experience. When creating a source, users can now choose between two options:

  • Without metrics: This option provides only attributes and segments, excluding performance statistics.
  • With metrics: This option includes attributes and segments along with performance data such as impressions, clicks, costs, and conversions.

This update reflects our continuous efforts to enhance the user experience with sources.

UX/UI Enhancements

Error Messages Optimalization

Error messages have been enhanced to provide clearer explanations of issues and streamline troubleshooting.

For instance, when users encounter an issue, they will now receive a direct link to relevant documentation. This link will guide them to a page that clarifies the relationship between attributes and metrics, helping them make compatible selections and self-troubleshoot effectively.

Improved Grids

Grids for sources, destinations, flows, and authorizers have been significantly improved and optimized. This enhancement allows for the processing of a substantially larger volume of data, leading to a more responsive application.

Bug Fixes

Connector Fixes

Exact Online:

  • Fixed a bug that previously caused an error when all fields were selected during the transformation process.

Facebook Ads:

  • Fixed an issue that hindered data extraction when MAE was enabled. Previously, insufficient permissions for a single account would cause the entire extraction to fail. We addressed this by changing the request policy to atLeastOne.

HubSpot:

  • Fixed an issue where cloning a source resulted in the data preview displaying the same number of columns, irrespective of selected fields.

Google BigQuery:

  • Fixed the JSON payload parsing which hindered data streaming.
Fixed a bug causing service account authorization using an authorizer ID to fail.

Mercado Libre:

  • Fixed an issue where the date range remained static instead of dynamically updating during manual data loads.
Fixed an error in the Campaign Metrics dataset that resulted from Mercado Libre's API issues.

Pinterest:
*Fixed a bug where data was incorrectly displayed as being multiplied by 10^9.
Fixed a bug that removed the date column from the matrix.

Rtb House:

  • Previously, source creation would fail when using the Summary Stats dataset due to the Rtb House API rejecting an empty countConvention parameter. This issue has now been resolved.

Salesforce Pardot:

  • Fixed an issue where creating a new data source with the connector resulted in an error due to endpoint incompatibility between versions.

Spotify Ads:

  • Fixed an issue where the Business ID field was missing, preventing users from selecting their account during data source creation.

General Fixes

Cloning Sources:

  • Fixed a bug where the Automatically collect data from all [service] accounts setting was always enabled when cloning a source, regardless of its original configuration.
  • Fixed an issue where cloning a source would automatically deselect all associated metrics and attributes.

Manual Data Load:

  • Fixed an issue where the Trigger Following Action checkbox was hidden from the UI.

SSH Tunnel:

  • Fixed an issue that prevented selecting or deselecting a configured SSH tunnel.
