Release Note 2026-03

Prev Next

Our March release focuses on empowering our enterprise and large-scale customers with enhanced administrative control and deeper technical transparency. A major highlight of this update is the significant upgrade to our SSO providers infrastructure. By introducing a new Organization entity and multi-tenant user assignment, we are providing the flexibility needed to manage complex user identities across multiple business units seamlessly.

In addition to these security and identity enhancements, we have expanded our connectivity ecosystem with new connectors, while continuing to refine data depth for existing integrations. This release also introduces a more transparent Support Tickets overview, allowing you to track the progress of your technical requests with much greater precision. Combined with ongoing UI refinements to our grids, these updates ensure that Dataddo remains a robust and user-centric foundation for your most critical data operations.

New Features

Private SSO Support

To better support our growing enterprise customers, we have significantly upgraded our private SSO infrastructure. This update modernizes how user identities are managed, providing greater flexibility for complex organizational structures using Microsoft Entra ID, Keycloak, or Okta.

Key Highlights:

  • Multi-Tenant User Assignment: We have introduced a new Organization entity, allowing a single user to be assigned to multiple tenants (Customers) during the SSO registration process. This is ideal for large-scale organizations managing data across diverse business units.
  • Granular Configuration: Administrators can now implement custom configurations per SSO entity, including precise user-group mapping and role assignments, ensuring that access control is both automated and highly secure.
  • Platform Stability: By refactoring our internal identity management services, we have improved the underlying stability and performance of the SSO handshake, ensuring a seamless login experience even as your organization scales.

Adding an SSO provider.

UX/UI Enhancements

Support Tickets Update

The Support Tickets overview has been updated to give you better insight into the status of your inquiries. By introducing more granular status labels, you can now track the exact progress of your requests with greater clarity.

The updated statuses include:

  • New: Your ticket has been successfully received and is awaiting initial review.
  • In Progress: Our team is actively working on your request (replaces the "Processing" status).
  • Waiting for Response: We’ve reached out with a question or request for more information to help move things forward.
  • Waiting for Development: A new status to indicate that your request has been escalated to our engineering team for a technical solution.
  • Done: The issue has been resolved or the request completed.
