Automatic Data Synchronization

You can schedule automatic synchronizations to have your data extracted hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly depending on your needs.

Available metrics

The full list of available metrics for both datasets can be found in the official documentation: for sessions and attendees.

Authorization and API access

The API is located under this url. For security reasons, the API is available under SSL certificate. Every API request must be authenticated by an API key, which can be generated by logging in to a ClickMeeting users account and navigating to the Settings tab.

The API key will be transmitted as a request’s header with every request made. Name of the header is ‘X-Api-Key‘. Should you wish to generate a new API key, please proceed according to the instruction above. Once you generate a new API key, make sure you update it on your application side. For more information, visit the ClickMeeting official documentation.

  * Broken view / Error message
If you cannot see a preview of your data, go back a few steps and check your setup. The most common causes are:
  • Date range - we recommend a smaller date range. If you need to load historical data, check our guide.
  • Invalid metrics, attributes or breakdowns, or their combination - you may not have any values for them.
