Automatic Data Synchronization
You can schedule automatic synchronizations to have your data extracted hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly depending on your needs.
The full list of available metrics for both datasets can be found in the official documentation.
Taboola has a default limit of 500k tows of data that can be extracted. You can increase the limit manually by editing the URL in the Source Advanced Settings (go to Sources - Cling on the three dots next to the source - Edit - Advanced Settings-URL). The very last number of the URL defines the limit.
Due to performance limitations, the data can be 2 - 3 hours delayed.
Historical Data Load
Historical load is limited to 3 years per request. The solution is to load historical data in multiple batches.
Authorization, Client ID, and Client Secret
After you created an account in Taboola, you received a welcome email with all your credentials. You can also obtain your credentials following the Taboola official guide. If you cannot find the information, please contact Taboola support.

If you cannot see a preview of your data, go back a few steps and check your setup. The most common causes are:
- Date range - we recommend a smaller date range. If you need to load historical data, check our guide.
- Invalid metrics, attributes or breakdowns, or their combination - you may not have any values for them.
- Click on Save and your new Data Source is ready.
